Below, you will find detailed information on our fulfillment policy, including procedures for order fulfillment, shipping, cancellations, and refunds.
Order Fulfillment
Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Orders received after 5 PM (ET) or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping:
- We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the United States. International shipping is available upon request.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days.
- Please note that these are estimated delivery times and can vary based on the shipping destination and external factors beyond our control.
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations:
- Orders can be canceled free of charge within 2 hours of placing the order.
- After 2 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may have already been processed or shipped.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at admin@virtuedistributors.com or call (786) 693-8150.
Backorders:
- If an item is on backorder, you will be notified promptly and given the option to cancel the order or wait until the item is back in stock.
- Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available at no additional shipping cost.
Refund and Return Policy
Returns:
- We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@virtuedistributors.com or call (786) 693-8150 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
- If the return is approved, a refund will be issued as a credit to your account originally used for the purchase.
- If you prefer a refund back to your original payment method or account, please contact our customer service team at admin@virtuedistributors.com or call (786) 693-8150.
- Processing a refund to the original payment method may take 5-7 business days after approval.
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges:
- If you received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at admin@virtuedistributors.com or call (786) 693-8150.
- We will provide instructions on how to return the defective item and send a replacement at no additional cost.
